1st Mile CEO and founder, Søren Houmøller, has been cited in The New York Times in an article about the green cuts of the danish government.
Under the headline "Denmark, a Green Energy Leader, Slows Pace of Its Spending" the renowned New York Times writes about the danish governments cuts on investments in green tech research and development financing.
As previously stated on this page, clean tech research and development in Denmark can suffer great harm from the cuts that The Innovation Foundation and EUDP amongst others, will be subjected to in the national budget for 2016
Søren Houmøller says to The New York Times:
- This funding has proven instrumental for Danish advances in clean tech for many years, and it is incomprehensible why it is being cut now.
